Comments: Hyena had a well-developed site with a great logo but seems to have switched servers or something and lost me. All I can find is their forum, which does lead to the comics as well. Fairly active six months ago, it's looking pretty stale now.

Comments (August 2008):. Big hits Rice Boy and minus have ended, and Dresden Codak is on hold following a bicycling accident for creator Aaron Diaz. No replacements have been added to the masthead. People in the active forum may know more.
December 2008: After pick play on bike crash, Diaz appeared at con a week later looking sound. This is where we focus media attention?

Comments (July 2008): This is one of the prettiest, best designed collective sites, but at least half the comics on the roster are on hiatus, delayed or have stopped without explanation. It may be gorgeous, but it has that coffin smell. It fills an important niche with good and very good comics, so its demise would be a significant loss. Stopped answering my email.
December 2008: Biggest narcissist in webcomics (a hard title to claim) Ryan Estrada annoyed many and accomplished little by simultaneously strong-arming guest strips on scores of comics to mark "Ryan Estrada Day." Unfortunately, he didn't realize you have to be dead to get a title like that, and the implications.
